Once you’ve increased your force with Strength sessions, you can begin to work on your ability to produce more force repetitively with Endurance sessions.
It has been over six months since the surgery and recovery is still an ongoing process. I am getting better every week and really stoked with the progress I have made.
This type of strength training requires the highest levels of resistance, most amount of sets and lowest number of reps per set. The goal with these sessions is to develop maximum force production.
