As I’ve rediscovered road riding, I’ve learned that speed isn’t just about fitness, it’s also about efficiency. From refining my aero bike fit to experimenting with budget-friendly upgrades like position tweaks, I’m rebuilding both strength and speed one ride at a time. Here’s what I’ve learned so far, and how I’m finding my rhythm again on the road.
