The San Diego cycling scene is fast, competitive, and filled with riders who make you dig deep just to hang on. As I’ve rediscovered road riding, I’ve learned that speed isn’t just about fitness, it’s also about efficiency. From refining my aero bike fit to experimenting with budget-friendly upgrades like position tweaks, I’m rebuilding both strength and speed one ride at a time. Uli Schoberer Interview: The Father of Cycling Power Meters
